Job Duties

• To assist managing the spare parts warehouse efficiently and accurately;
• Make the stocks records update by the system accurately;
• Perform periodic the stock takes as per the procedures;
• Follow up spare parts delivery schedule;
• Maintain good housekeeping of the spare parts warehouse at all time;
• Prepare the updated monthly inventory report;
• Perform ad. hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• F.6 graduated or above;
• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or respective studies;
• 1 year working in mechanical, electrical or electronic works; or, with working experience in spare parts warehouse;
• Good working attitude, strong responsibility and team work spirit;
• Experience in using ERP or related inventory management system;
• Familiar using Excel application;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
