Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the operation of logistics activities related to warehousing, transportation and order processing
• Liaise with supplier and forwarder on shipment scheduling
• Supervise part time workers to complete daily pick and pack activities
• Manage stock levels, sales orders, purchase orders via our inventory system
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Competent fresh graduates will also be considered
• Entry level. Experience with more than 4 years will not be considered
• Experience in inventory system is an advantage
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
