Shipping Clerk

Job Description:

• Provide administrative and clerical duties to the company

• Assist　in handling of orders processing (issue PI, PO, Invoice on SAP)

• Stock inventory management

• Arrange merchandise deliveries

• Arrange Domestic, Import and Export shipments

• Handle full set of import documents (e.g. L/C, D/P, D/A, T/T) & Account receivable

　Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with at least 3 years shipping experience in trading company

• Well-versed in L/C knowledge, trade terms, shipment procedure

• Good communication skills with customers and suppliers

• Good at paper work and Microsoft office

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

• SAP knowledge would be beneficial

• Immediate available is preferred
