• Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle marine services documentation of Marine Division.
  • Produce services reports and follow up marine services with overseas offices and all customers in an efficient and effective way
  • Liaise with other departments as required
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist to provide on-the-job training to new comers, if required 
  • customers management and development

   Requirements:

  • University degree and above – shipping knowledge preferred but not necessary
  • PC skills in MS Window, Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent Cantonese Speaker with good command of written and spoken English,knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
  • An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility and accountability
