Job Responsibilities :

• Handle recruitment process, e.g job postings, interview, draft employment contract, exit interview etc
• Handle office insurance, medical insurance and employee compensation insurance
• Handle payroll, taxation filing and final payment 
• Budget reports and control of the above items
• Other clerical duties assigning by Senior Management
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements : 

Education:  

• University graduate and/or holder of equivalent professional qualification in HR  & administration and/or related discipline

Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years’ all-round office administration experience in sizable organizations of which 6 years are at managerial level. Previous working experience in private jet industry will be an added advantage 

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge: 

• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving, able to handle multi-task work
• Proficient in PC applications e.g Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Pleasant, detailed-mind, well-organized and presentable
• Able to work independent & on ad-hoc project as required
• Quick learner with strong self-motivation
