Job Description

Job Description:

  •  Provide clerical support to the Operations Team
  •  Data Entry & Filing document
  •  Prepare Shipping Document i.e. invoices and packing list etc
  •  Assist in preparing purchase order and requesting quotes
  •  Liaise with suppliers and customers on the arrangement of purchase order
  •  Follow up purchase order with OEM or vendors as per the customer’s request
  •  Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  •  Form 5 graduate or above
  •  Min. 3 years working experience preferably in procurement
  •  Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative, fast learner and attentive to  details
  •  Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  •  Proficiency in Chinese/English Window, Word, Excel and Power Point
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skill
  •  Immediate available is preferred
