- Provide clerical support to the Operations Team
- Data Entry & Filing document
- Prepare Shipping Document i.e. invoices and packing list etc
- Assist in preparing purchase order and requesting quotes
- Liaise with suppliers and customers on the arrangement of purchase order
- Follow up purchase order with OEM or vendors as per the customer’s request
- Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Min. 3 years working experience preferably in procurement
- Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative, fast learner and attentive to details
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Chinese/English Window, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available is preferred
