Responsibilities:

• Review production process and quality policy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and reducing quality problems
• Follow up and response product’s quality complaints, prepare professional advice to QA Dept. subsequently.
• Manage product test plans with associated product specifications and customer requirements
• Provide recommendations on product quality standards to R&D Dept,  analyze the test results of new products from R & D and make advice for improvement
• Review QC in-line and final inspection reports
• Leading and providing training to China QC staff
• Station in Shunde

Requirements:

• Degree in related subject
• At least 15 years’ experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years at managerial level. Experience in PRC manufacturing environments preferred
• Excellent knowledge of furniture hardware, furniture accessories or plastic/metal related industries preferred
• Committed, collaborative, customer focus, thoughtful and quick in rectification
• Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin) 
• Immediate available is preferred
