In our Tsuen Wan office, you will be joining a cool team of 3 to be in charge of processing orders coming from our growing online websites.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Accessing orders from our websites back offices.

- Preparing and Packing the orders with the items in stock in our office. 

- Preparing the shipping labels.

- Posting the orders at the post office.

- Sending tracking numbers to our customers.

- Tracking the inventory and placing orders to suppliers

- Taking pictures and adding products on the websites.

Basic English required. 

- Know how to use a computer with Internet is a must. 
- Graphic Design, Photo Editing, Experience in Social Network and Creative Mind is a plus but not necessary.


4 months contract with possibility of renewal. 
Flexible hours (part time 5 days a week or full time 3 days a week)
