Key Responsibilities:

• Support Corporate Responsibility related program implementation including social compliance, sustainability, supplier engagement, etc.
• Support Legal Department for legal documentation handling, intellectual property compliance and anti-counterfeiting matters.
• Occasionally conduct in-house assessment or visit to factories in order to ensure compliance in key suppliers, and performance assurance of service providers.
• Monitor corrective action plan and remediation upon social compliance audit, and assist to develop best practice guidance documents relevant to health & safety, labor documentation maintenance, environmental friendly practices, worker training, etc.
• Coordinate with external parties for any related program in supply chain.
• Conduct research and benchmarking of CR trends in related industry and country.
• Provide administrative support.

 Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent.
• Experience in a sizeable organization is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in corporate social responsibility (CSR), labor, environment, health & safety regulations and international labor standard preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• A good team player and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Englishand Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Around 30% travel within Asian supply chain.
