JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for analyzing development projects, preparing reports and projects' presentation;
• To prepare and evaluate budgets as well as controlling on acquisitions & development projects;
• Conduct budget and performance analysis and review all channel of marketing initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness and results;
• Execute the implementation of business plans;
• Maintain and develop new opportunities and business relationships; and
• Any ad-hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in legal and /or business field;
• Minimum 5 years experience in legal and /or business field;
• Proactive, flexible, detail oriented and well organized;
• Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) are a prerequisite;
• Immediate available is highly preferred; and
• Frequent travel is required.
