Responsible for managing the financial performance of Consumer Health Care Business unit and also supporting functions forboth Taiwan and Hong Kong market, and providing appropriate financial assessment for management to make informed business decisions.

Key Duties:

• Support CFO to drive the planning process and long range strategy plan for CHC business sector
• Individual contributor to support financial related matters to the assigned business function
• Be an effective business partner to the business functions, building and developing solid professional relationships
• Review and analyses operating results, cost, budgets and operating policies
• Prepare schedules for financial reporting submission in accordance with Corporate requirements
• Manage off-invoice and commercial conditions
• Provide dashboards, ad-hoc analysis or specific reviews for the CFO and Regional Finance team
• Local reporting to business partners (monthly sales performance, OPEX, headcount, etc.)
• Contribute to the preparation, consolidation, and validation of the annual business planning exercise
• Propose optimization plan of product portfolio
• Ensure implementation of applicable SOP, audit recommendations, Group Mandatory Controls
• Contribute or lead specific finance-related projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance with 5-8 years relevant working experience
• Relevant Finance experience in a MNC, ideally with FMCG or OTC background
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work effectively with cross-functional partners and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization
• Strong analytical skill, business sense and problem solving skills
• Communication skills to present analyses to management and fluent English required
• Good Knowledge of IT-based analytical tools
