An overseas listed property developer. With its ongoing growth, the need arises for a Investment and Development Director to join their international team. 

 Job Description

• Responsible for investment of Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia projects
• Formulating strategies and implementation/review of projects investment
• Keep track on land information, market dynamics, policies and regulations, industry trend and establish sources for investment development
• Analysing new projects feasibility Handling project negotiations, project-related contracts, drafting and signing of agreement
• Assist the Regional President/Vice-President to carry out the work of internal management team

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Law, Economics, Finance Planning, Land Management, Investment, Real Estate Management, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in large-scale real estate investment and pre-project experience
• Familiar with the national, regional real estate industry on the land transfer, real estate development and other relevant policies and regulations.
• Has strong analytical and problem solving skills, good teamwork
• Familiar with the surrounding markets in Malaysia, Singapore or Indonesia
• Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
• Candidate may consider as Manager post if the relevant experiences and exposure does not meet the Director post requirement
• Willing to stationed in Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia
