Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for all cost and management reporting for the plant.
• Responsible for establishing standard costs, variance analysis and work closely with the BU head in improving operations and financial results of the plant’s operations.
• Provide financial advice to the BU management and actively participates in the management of the plant’s operations.
• Good leadership on providing guidance and clear directions to the team under his/her charge but also takes a personal interest and demonstrates commitment to enhance the performance of his/her team members.

Qualifications: 

• Recognized Degree in accounting; strong ‘hands on’ cost accounting background is a pre-requisite;
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with focus on management operations cost control, product costing calculation and quotation in which 5 years at managerial level;
• High level of energy and has a proven track record as a good change manager who always strives to find ways to improve performance both his/her functional responsibility as well as the overall business;
• Good team player and able to work well with people at all levels across the MNC in the manufacturing industry. 
• Good business sense, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
