Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Accountant in month-end closing including preparing bank reconciliation, review of invoicing files, intercompany / balances reconciliation, prepare various schedules and reports
• Update and maintain accounting journals and other records detailing financial business transactions
• Provide administration support, such as arranging Directors’ signatures and approval of documents and filing
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Ensure the accuracy of daily commercial invoices
• Issue checks for accounts payable
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
• Assist in preparation of budget and forecasting
• Assist in statutory audit / annual stock take and tax filing
• Travel to China as requested

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• 1 years or above relevant working experience
• Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
