Responsibilities:

-      Responsible for all finance and accounting function of the company, including management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial and business performance analysis

-      Handle month end closing, interim and year-end audit and taxation matters

-      Assist in development and enforcement of accounting and internal control policies

-      Liaise with counter-parties e.g. banking officers and auditors

-      Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

-     Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

-     Minimum 3 years solid experiences in management reporting and financial analysis

-     Ability to handle full set of accounts

-     Independent, responsible, self-initiative and hands-on approach  

-     Familiar with Accounting System, MS office and Chinese word processing

-     Good command of spoken Mandarin and written English

-     Immediately available preferred
