Job Descriptions:

• Participate in preparing AR/AP, month-end closing, financial statements, etc.;
• Support various accounting systems e.g. Oracle, and ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner;
• Deal with payment process and invoices validation;
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in finance or accounting or related subjects. 1 to 2 years related experience preferable in trading industry;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and independent, with sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is also required;
• Heavy OT is expected during month-end closing;
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Accounting Officer.
