Job Description:

• Handle the daily accounting duties, payments & cheques preparation
• Responsible for the preparation of financial reports, including but not limited to month-end closing, and analysis
• Assist the management in improving and monitoring the accounting system and data management
• Assist in HR related tasks
• Other ad hoc assignments required by the Management
• Assist in company secretary related work.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines or above, preferably with qualification of ACCA or CPA
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in handling full set of books and administrative experience, preferably in retail industries, with supervisory experiences
• Good analytical skills in financial control, cash flow, forecast, budgeting with strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting system
• Strong communication skills, initiative, responsible and hardworking
• To be technically strong, mature and be able to work independently
• Stable, willing to work under pressure and overtime work
• Good in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
