Due to business expansion, we are able to offer a newly created position. Reporting to Finance Manager, this role will support the business globally. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Financial Statements for both month and end of year reporting;
• Prepare Management Reports;
• Sales performance analysis, preparing reports in support of decision making;
• Analysing trends in costs and identifying improvement opportunities;
• Performing reconciliations;
• Development of monthly reports;
• Supporting and analysing of the budget and forecasting cycle;
• Annual audit;
• Assist and manage statutory requirement;
• Other ad hoc finance duties assigned. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or above;
• 1-3 years' relevant working experience preferably;
• Proficient in MS Office with intermediate excel skills;
• Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Good communication skills, analytical mind with business acumen, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
