Our client is an investment holding company. They are looking for high caliber to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Perform budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Handle full set of accounting and prepare monthly reports
• Conduct financial performance analysis, and prepare business operation data and reports for management’s decision making
• Advise and assist in the setup of accounting system, workflow and internal control procedures
• Prepare annual report including financial statements, management discussion and analysis
• Handle the audit and taxation matters
• Assist the management regarding M&A matters
• Assist in the implementation of internal control of the Group
• Liaise with internal and external parties on the compliance matters
• Any other ad hoc duty as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in accounting, business or related discipline
• Possesses certificate of Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in audit or corporate finance
• Knowledge in rules and regulations of Type 1, 9 licensed corporation or money lending industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and decision making skills, good people skills
• Responsible, independent, well-organized, detail-minded, can work under pressure, good team member
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office applications
• PRC experience is preferred
• Willing to travel and work in PRC
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Accounting Manager or Senior Accounting Manager
