工作職責：

1、中層管理職位，負責香港公司及深圳公司的日常財務管理以及預算控制；

2、制定、參與或協助領導層執行相關的政策和制度；

3、負責部門的日常管理工作及部門員工的管理、指導、培訓及評估；

4、指導並協調財務稽核、審計、會計的工作並監督其執行；

5、制定、維護和改進公司財務管理程式和政策，制定年度、季度財務計畫；

6、向公司管理層提供各項財務報告和必要的財務分析；

7、負責組織公司的成本管理工作,；

8、進行成本預測、控制、核算、分析和考核，確保公司利潤指標的完成。

任職要求：

1、財會、金融、經濟等相關專業本科以上學歷，有HKICPA/CICPA/ACCA/AICPA資格者優先；

2、三至五年財務崗位或一年以上財務經理崗位工作經驗者優先考慮；

3、熟悉本地金融政策、企業財務制度及流程、會計電算化（熟悉Oracle財務軟體系統者優先），精通相關財稅法律法規；

4、較強的成本管理、風險控制和財務分析的能力；

5、良好的組織、協調、溝通能力，和團隊協作精神，能承受較大工作壓力；

6、具有良好的普通話和英語閱讀、書寫及口語能力。

Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Middle management position, responsible for the daily financial management and budget control of Hong Kong and Shenzhen companies;

2. Develop, participate in or assist the financial director to implement the relevant policies and guidance;

3. Responsible for the daily management of the department including staff management, guidance, training and assessment;

4. Supervise and coordinate the work of financial audit, accounting and supervise the implementation of the financial audit and accounting.;

5. Develop, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, develop the annual and quarterly budget;

6. Provide financial reports and necessary financial analysis to company’s management.;

7. Responsible for the organization of the company's cost management;

8. To ensure the completion of the company's profit targets, better forecast, management the cost and control, review, assess and analysis the financial performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, etc., with HKICPA/CICPA/ACCA/AICPA qualification preferred;

2. Three to five years of financial position or over one year working experience in financial manager position is preferred;

3. Familiar with local financial policies, enterprise financial system and process, accounting computerization (candidate familiar with Oracle system will be highly preferred), proficiency in relevant tax laws and regulations;

4. Strong cost management, risk control and financial analysis skills;

5. Good at organization, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit, can work under pressure;

6. Proficiency in reading, written and spoken English and Mandarin.
