Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting for companies, including GL, AR, AP and Inventory
• Responsible for month-end and quarter-end reports and schedules, intercompany reconciliations
• Arrange and liaise annual audit
• Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
• Handle ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Diploma or LCC higher qualification or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• With 2 years’ working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions
• Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Retail experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in using Oracle is a plus
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Assistant
