Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounting
• Prepare month-end report, statement of accounts and financial analysis
• Responsible for accounting journals, bank reconciliation, pretty cash reimbursement, AR AP aging reports and invoicing
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecast, budget preparation
• Direct report to Director
• Liaise with auditors
• Handle ad hoc assignments

 Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in Accounting / Finance or above
• HKICPA / ACCA Student is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience in full set accounting
• Accounting experience in building material industry preferred
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge / Experience in POS system would be an advantage
• Good Command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferable
