Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise payroll operation of HK, Taiwan & China.
  • Assist in reviewing / formulating / maintaining effective C&B operation, policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional C&B services & advices including payroll management, job grading, appraisal and salary review, budgeting, compensation proposals, retirement schemes, insurance benefits, bonus / incentive schemes, etc.
  • To work closely with vendors on payroll system efficiency management, system enhancement and improvement.
  • Provide effective and customer-oriented services to employees, expats and HR counterparts
  • Support regional C&B projects as assigned.
  • Provide guidance to other Asia Pacific offices on basic HR concepts to ensure regional reports are completed properly.

 Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • 7 years’ experience in Human Resources with solid experience in C&B, HR reporting & analysis, preferably in regional context and sizable organization.
  • Possess strong analytical skill and numerical sense.
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • High initiative, meticulous and work under pressure on meeting deadlines.
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance with knowledge of Taiwan & China Employment Ordinance a plus.
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
