Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of full cycle of recruitment process include preparing recruitment advertisement, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and coordinating other on boarding processes, etc
• Work closely with business units to understand their recruitment needs and provide support on HR matters
• Prepare various HR and management reports regularly
• Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in recruitment function
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinance
• Be a good team player and able to handle multi-task efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, positive mindset and willing to learn 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
