Duties:

• Monitoring day-to-day operations and orders with fund houses, bond’s counter-parties
• Trade processing and reconciliation
• Preparation of settlement instruction/ funding voucher
• Liaison between Sales and Clients, and internal departments
• Providing administrative support

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of accounting or settlement operation experience
• LCC intermediate is preferable
• Proficiency in MSOffice, especially in Excel
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Equities, Unit Trust, Fixed Income Markets is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure & work independently
• Strong motivation with outgoing personality
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
