Responsibilities: 

• Handling full sets of books
• Monitor daily & monthly cash position and arrange payment
• Familiar with electronic payment process (eg. HSBCNet)
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
• Assist in preparation of management analysis
• Ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCC&I Higher Certificate or similar qualifications
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in accounting
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in ERP system & MS Excel
• Experiences in using Sun Accounting System will definitely be advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent communication skills
