The Requirements are:-

• Responsible for handling insurance claims matters and other clerical duties
• Data entry in Excel format
• Sorting outstanding payment record and preparing chasers to global clients by email and phone calls
• Preparing list of outstanding files data and arranging standard forms for recipient's signature
• Preparing monthly statistics of claim files
• Issuing cover letters in relation to minor claims files
• Packing files for warehosue storage occasionally
• Diploma holder with at least one year of working experience
• Well organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
