Job Description
The Requirements are:-
- Responsible for handling insurance claims matters and other clerical duties
- Data entry in Excel format
- Sorting outstanding payment record and preparing chasers to global clients by email and phone calls
- Preparing list of outstanding files data and arranging standard forms for recipient's signature
- Preparing monthly statistics of claim files
- Issuing cover letters in relation to minor claims files
- Packing files for warehosue storage occasionally
- Diploma holder with at least one year of working experience
- Well organized, self-motivated and detail-minded
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
