The role will be responsible to provide financial services in Regional Headquarter in HK and Rep Office in China, provide support to operational offices within China region and prepare financial data and analyses for management reference. The job demands high standards of personal integrity, responsibility and confidentiality, as well as a willingness to take on new initiative/projects.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, reporting packages at company level, budget and various consolidated financial analyses.
• Handle daily accounting duties and ad hoc items.
• Responsible for preparing analyses and reports for management use.
• Assist in monitoring cash position of the group.
• Assist in reconciling intercompany balances.
• Assist in liaising with auditors, tax representatives and other parties involved.
• Assist local offices to prepare financial or tax statements, and handle budgeting issues.
• Take on new initiatives in ad hoc events to ensure the goals of events are achieved.

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Accounting /Finance /Financial Management or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified Chinese) and English Language.
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, QP,CFA,CPA , etc.) is an advantage
