Responsibilities:-

• Provide executive search and support to existing customers.
• Head-hunt market talent as according to customers’ requirements.
• Screen and identify potential candidates through interviews.
• Liaise with both clients and candidates to achieve the best possible solution.
• Prepare candidate reports, progression reports, and reference checks etc.
• Bring in new clients via business development activities is preferred except for junior consultants.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Executive search business experience is a plus.
• Language: fluent in speaking and writing in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature and good presentation skills.
• Sales oriented mind set.
• Outgoing and strong self motivation.
• Hard working and positive attitude.
