Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• At least 1 year working experience in administrative duties
• Detail-minded, organized and a good team player
• Flexible and willing to take up challenges
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, etc)

Responsibilities:

• To handle administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, etc.
• Assist in preparation and compilation of analysis reports
• To maintain the filing system in a tidy manner
• Work closely with laboratory, operations and sales departments
