Job Description
The Job
- Process monthly payroll
- Collect time sheets and leave applications
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the payroll process-
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management review
- Provides payroll information by answering question and requests
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- To be based on bridge project site in Chek Lap Kok, Tuen Mun.
The person
- English and Cantonese bilingual
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Hands-on PC operations including MS excel, MS Office.
- Easy-going, energetic, helpful, friendly with to-do and positive attitude
- High attention to details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Obtain high data accuracy under time pressure
- Must enjoy overall administration of project coordination
- Candidate with immediate availability is required
