Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of office administration service to office such as managing office supplies, office facility maintenance and external vendors etc.
• Prepare and distribute corresponding memos, letters, faxes, forms, etc. to the correct relevant departments or personnel
• Maintain office files and records in accordance with internal procedures
• Secretarial support for management level
• Handle travel arrangements and reservations for team and overseas visitors
• Responsible for organizing office events and activities
• Handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in special assigned projects whenever necessary

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience, but fresh graduates with positive attitude are also welcome
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar with MS office
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, enthusiastic with good problem solving skills
