Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the GM / HR Manager and perform full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, staff engagement and training & development.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR related policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal management and staff, consult and amend compensation & benefits policies regularly.
  • Prepare HR analysis reports on to increase Company's competitive edge.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding human resources issues.
  • Maintain accurate staff information and records in HR system as well as e-Leave System.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years related experience is preferred
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Good knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance in an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Independent, a team player with initiative and willing to learn.
  • Multi-tasked, well organized and detail-minded.
  • Immediate available preferred.
