Responsibilities: 

• Manage full cycle of recruitment process, including selection and recruitment, orientation, exit-interview etc.
• For better understanding of operations, hands-on training in shops are required 
• Work closely with frontline managers for supporting business operations
• Manage candidate database and source effective recruitment channels
• Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Hands-on recruitment experience in F&B industry preferably
• Strong communication skills and Self-motivated
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Work on Saturdays or Sundays with compensation day off granted
