Job description

• Handle office administrative & human resources duties, incoming and outing correspondences & incoming telephone calls
• Keep close communication and coordination with all project related parties
• Follow up with clients and project progress independently
• Assist to handle invoicing and account payable
• Handle ad hoc project
• Immediately available preferred

Requirement

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years of clerical experience
• Previous experience in fitting out/construction industry is a must
• Proficient in Chinese Word Processing and use of MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken & written in English and Mandarin
• Hardworking and able to adapt to irregular working hours
• Able to work independently and under pressure
