Responsibilities:

-       to be responsible for contracts review and filling in a systematic way ;

-       to be responsible for supporting company’s paperwork and documentation ;

-       to perform ad-hoc tasks / projects as required.

Requirements:

-       High Diploma or above in any disciplines;

-       Minimum 3 years of clerical working experience ;

-       With contract documents preparation & handling experience is preferable;

-       Excellent command of written and spoken of Chinese (Putonghua) is required;

-       Strong coordination, communication and problem solving skills;

-       Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
