Job Description:

• Manages daily customer orders
• Handles phone inquiries
• Maintain files and customers’ records
• Provide administration assistance to logistic team
• Handles customer service duties and other ad-hoc assignment as required
• 5 days work

Requirement:

• Tertiary education or above
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in logistic field will be an advantage but not essential
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Independent, hard-working, have strong sense of responsibility
• Candidates with customer service experience is advantage, fresh graduate is considered
