Following increased business activity, we are seeking a new dedicated Compliance Officer to oversee the firm’s corporate finance activities. The role will provide review and advice on the various activities to ensure compliance with the relevant rules and regulations and to ensure proper licensing of both licensed individuals and corporations are in accordance with SFC regulations.

Requirements

Applications are invited from individuals with experience in compliance or have good relevant experience and knowledge of the Hong Long Listing Rules , The Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-Backs and the Corporate Finance Adviser Code of Conduct.

In each case, an ability to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and, or Cantonese would be useful but applications from native English speakers are also welcome.
