Responsibilities:

• Provide professional services to clients such as account opening, take trade orders and client’s inquiries
• Explore and establish relationship with potential clients
• Maintain good relationship with clients, provide quality service and related task supports to clients
• Handle follow-ups from clients and channels if necessary
• Monitor the clients’ trading activities
• Handle daily dealing operations of securities products in an accurate, timely and effective manner；
• Ensure all transaction in compliance with relevant rules and regulations set forth in SFC Hong Kong.
• Conduct regular credit and service reviews
• Prepare reports and issue documents
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.

 Requirement:

• Licensed with SFC Type 1 (Dealing in securities) is a must;
• University Graduated in any discipline / High School graduated with Diploma
• Min. 2-3 years dealing solid experience, Strong in online trading and customer service experience;
• Possess stable client base and network (will be an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
