In this role, you will:

• Drive growth of the exchange business internationally
• Oversee community engagement within trading community with pertinent product and operational updates and response (Social Media, Trading Forums)
• Take responsibility for international customer service (Zendesk, Live Chat)

• Be involved with product updates, and working with colleagues in Beijing

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internet or blockchain related business.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Must thrive in an ambiguous environment and be incredibly proactive.
• Self-starter, resourceful, creative and capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
• Experience in and passion for problem solving, and ensuring customer success.
• Experience leading small teams in areas of business development, operations, and/or customer support.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion in Fintech, Bitcoin, Blockchain, distributed ledgers, and their underlying mechanisms.

• Deep understanding of global exchange platforms
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
