Duties:

• To assist in the execution of investment transactions
• Responsible for investment study for merge and acquisition projects
• To prepare financial analysis, cash flow projections and valuation reports
• Conduct due diligence and write investment report
  
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or other related disciplines
  
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in corporate finance, investment banking, research or other investment areas
• CPA/CFA is preferred
• A background in credit or equity research/investment is an added advantage
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• A genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for capital market and investments trading
• A mind for commerce and a high level of accuracy and diligence
