A handbags / cosmetic manufacturer is looking for high calibrate person to join our professional team.
Reporting to the Account & Finance Manager and Secretary of Director Office, the Senior Account Clerk will be responsible for the following duties: 

Senior Account Clerk

JOB DUTIES

-       Perform and monitor general accounting duties

-       Prepare daily and monthly payments by cheque, remittance and on-line banking

-       Handle Accounts receivable, data input, transaction verification and full set documents

-       Perform general office administration & general office duties

-       Support shipping process and coordination

-       Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

THE REQUIREMENTS

-       LCCI intermediate or higher

-       3 years related working experiences is preferred

-       Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua

-       Proficient in computer operation, MS Office, and Chinese word processing

-       Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, well organized and good interpersonal skills

-       Immediate available is preferred
