Job Descriptions

• Initial review of Financial/Management Statements and supporting work papers.
• Data capture( from store and head office), data approval & data entry and payment of costs.
• Transfer of existing financial statements information from QuickBooks to MYOB.
• Preparation of Divisional and consolidated monthly management financial statements.
• Generate month end reports including
• Correct month end cut off for reporting.
• Month end journals and accruals. ( Stock, Accounts Payable, Wages for part week and annual leave accrual, royalties, etc.)
• Bank Reconciliations
• Asset Registers
• Profit and Loss analysis.
• Complete monthly balance sheet general reconciliations to ensure reconciliation of all balance sheet items on a monthly basis.
• Various specific reporting for key KPI’s on a monthly basis and sales on a weekly basis.
• Assist with year-end statutory reporting.
• Payroll function, MPF, contracts.
• Resolve high end vendor issues.
• Reconciliations of sales information from store collection systems and banking’s.
