Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Finance department.
• Coordinating meetings and follow up issues arising from meetings.
• Handle business correspondence with internal and external parties, including bank related documents, board minutes and resolutions, and etc.
• Maintain proper record of relevant corporate documents and filing system for Finance department.
• Assist in distribution of monthly financial reports.
• Handle other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in business administration, accounting or related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years secretarial experiences at Finance or Accounting departments.
• Good command of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing.
• Well organized and attend to details.
• Multi-tasking and work under pressure.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidate with higher qualification and more experienced will be considered as Administration Officer.
