Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounting & monthly closing for few entities
• Responsible for daily operation and data entry
• Handle all-rounded accounting duties
• Preparing accounting schedules & reporting for management review
• Handle year end audit and liaise with external auditors
• Provide general admin duties
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior level as required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• Good knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in book-keeping/accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel skills
• Hand on experience in Quickbook system preferred
• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Mature and able to work independently
• Immediate available preferable
