Responsibilities:

• To be accountable for overall operations of all assigned business units to achieve the stated target of business goals and objectives.
• Formulate and implement standardized operating procedures and policies to ensure the business units are operated efficiently and to company guidelines.
• Develop a mechanism and control system for managing medical facilities to ensure facilities are utilized effectively and in compliance with regulations in all aspects.
• Manage personnel matters related to all medical centre staff and Doctors in assigned centres.
• Lead a team of medical centre staff to ensure professional and quality service is delivered to patients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years’ operations management experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance related industry
• Strong commercial awareness together with an understanding of business and the marketplace
• Customer-service oriented with a strong sense of responsibilities, due diligence forward and proactive thinking
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work independently and drive team results under a high pressure and fast paced working environment
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Mandarin is a plus
• Occasional travel to China is required 
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
