Responsibilities

- Handle quotation enquiries and prepare project tender documentation

- Liaise with clients and site supervisor

- Site visit is necessary

Requirements:

- Diploma in Building Studies / Civil Engineering or equivalent

- 3-5 years relevant experience in tendering of site work

- Good PC knowledge and familiar with AUTOCAD

- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese

- Strong analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skill

- Outside work is required, holding a driving license would be a definite advantage

- Self-motivated, hardworking and independent

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estimator
