This is an interior designer position with an emphasis of designer furniture coordination.

A typical work day at our design studio would be:

• Morning meeting with design mentor to brain storm design ideas and discuss any outstanding issues for responsible projects.
• Produce construction and detail drawings.
• Liaise with designer furniture / soft furnishing material suppliers on new products, cost quotations, order details and delivery schedules.
• Incorporate designer furniture/art pieces into detailed drawings.
• Keep the furniture catalogue and soft furnishing material library updated and organized
• Attend meetings with client and senior designer and keep meeting minutes
• Visit project sites and make sure that the designs are correctly executed

Our requirement:

• 2+ years of experience in relevant interior designer position is required.
• Extensive working experience and knowledge of high end designer furniture will be given priority consideration
• Project management skills and on site coordination experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of autocad and photoshop a requirement. 
• 3D rendering skills a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written English a must. Fluency in chinese is a plus.
• Must be dedicated, highly organized and a team player
