Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate provided design work with on-site personnel
• Check, document and maintain all related administrative work
• Correspond with Interior Designers, Clients and on-site personnel to fulfill site-progress, including clarifying all drawings, samples and mock-ups
• Daily site inspection to ensure fulfilling Interior Designers’ latest design
• Attend all project meetings
• Represent Interior Designers to make decisions regarding refinement to design on-site or solve site-related design issues with approved alternatives
• Submit weekly update to Interior Designers for coordination work
• Inspect / record materials, FF&E and all purchases’ quality on / off-site
• Coordinate with all other specialists (such as lighting, kitchen, laundry, AV, signage, art consultants, etc.)
• Carry out final site inspection to product defect-list
• Based in Tianjin, China for a 5-star hotel interior design project
• 2 Years’ contract starting from July 1, 2017 with an esteemed international interior design firm in Hong Kong

Requirements: 

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or other related disciplines
• Possess 10 years or above of experience for interior design and fitting-out with emphasis on hotels and shopping malls
• Preferably having completed / see through 1 – 2 full scope design work of above
• C/W relevant academic qualification or licenses
• Prior working experience in China for 5 years or more
• Well-versed in related local regulations and procedures
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written Mandarin is essential)
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, leadership and project management skills
• Self-motivated, logical thinking and highly responsible
