Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of FF&E specification
• Liaison and coordination with various suppliers
• Keep bookshelves and materials room tidy and clean
• Assist team to complete tasks
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Interior Design / Fine Arts
• Minimum 1 year or above solid experience in hotels, show-flats or clubhouses design, experience in hotels will be a priority
• Strong at creative styling, furniture design color schemes, artwork selection, preparation of design presentation/mood boards
• Extremely well versed in interior finishes and material
• Proficient in Photoshop & other design based skills
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Good command ofspoken & written in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Bright, self-motivated, responsible, outgoing, innovative and energetic
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong communication, good presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure, meet tight schedule and able to handle multiple tasks
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the assistant position
• Immediately preferable
